La Salle des Ventes du Particulier.

What I love most about Paris are the endless gems to be uncovered ... and you never know where the next ruby may lie. The other day I came across this quaint furniture shop with plenty of antique treasures to be found. A friendly Parisien went to trouble of explaining to me how to distinguish between a "real" antique and a fake. Unfortunately I was in no postion to be buying any real, nor fake antiques. But I was happy to have my cam to snap a few.  (La Salle des Ventes du Particulier - 117 Rue D'Alésia 75014 Paris)

When I picked up the December issue of IDEAT in a Montreal book shop I fell in love with the magazine's original combo of design, fashion and travel. I have since discovered that you can actually flip through the pages online... albeit in mini version. If you dont have mini eyes to read the mini text, the images throughout are worth a peak. Or better yet, pick up a copy at the mag stand. I recommend the international bobo chic spread... my fav is bobo chic in Buenos Aires.

Madley

Madley - A bobo chic boutique on Abbott Kinney Boulevard in Venice Beach, LA. At first glance, their website/blog seems to be somewhat dope. Worth a minute peek for all those fashionistas.
